Please be advised that the 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Alberta Taekwondo Association (ATA) will be held on Saturday, September 26th at 1:00pm at the Radisson Hotel Edmonton South, 4440 Gateway Boulevard, Edmonton. Members should bring picture ID and check-in between 12:30pm and 12:50pm, so that the meeting can start promptly at 1:00pm.
As our 2019 – 2020 membership year will expire on August 31, 2020, please ensure that you renew your membership between September 1st and September 25th, 2020 in order to be eligible to vote at the AGM. Only those members with an up-to-date membership will be eligible to vote at the meeting. Online registration for the 2020 – 2021 membership year will be available on September 1st.
The ATA’s Nominating Committee is accepting submissions for Nominations of Directors. Please submit nominations within 15 days (by September 5, 2020) to admin@taekwondoalberta.com. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor at the Annual General Meeting.
