Please be advised that the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Alberta Taekwondo Association (ATA) will be held on Sunday, May 5th at 12:00pm at the Strathmore Motor Products Sports Centre, 1150 Edgeview Road in Strathmore, Alberta. Members should bring picture ID and check-in between 11:30pm and 11:50pm, so that the meeting can start promptly at 12:00pm.
The ATA’s Nominating Committee is accepting submissions for Nominations of Directors. Please submit nominations by April 20, 2024 to admin@taekwondoalberta.com. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor at the Annual General Meeting.
The ATA Board of Directors has reviewed the Bylaws and made some amendments that we feel will help our Board be more efficient and effective when delivering programs to our members. We are recommending that the members approve these amendments (attached) at the Annual General Meeting. Please direct any specific questions about these amendments to admin@albertataekwondo.ca.
