The Alberta Taekwondo Association is the official governing body and provides the organizational structure for the sport of WTF Taekwondo in the Province of Alberta. The Association strives to provide all Alberta residents with fair and equal access to participation and personal growth through recreational, competitive, elite, instructional, administrative, coaching and officiating programs. We represent, advise and lobby with the Alberta Government, Taekwondo Canada and the public as the officially recognized Provincial Association of Taekwondo in Alberta. We also promote interest and participation in the Olympic sport and the traditional art of Taekwondo at both the grass-roots and competition levels.
The Alberta Taekwondo Association is pleased to provide a General Information Package for the upcoming 2017 Alberta Open, taking place March 18, 2017 in Edmonton at the Grant MacEwan Sport & Wellness Centre. Online registration opens February 1st, 2017.
