Alberta Team Training

All Junior A, Junior B and Senior Black belts are invited to attend. Alberta Athletes must attend at least 80% of scheduled team training to receive funding from the ATA to attend national events (exemption for athletes residing more than 200km outside Edmonton or Calgary). ATA athletes must also purchase the new 2009 tracksuit, to be worn at national events.

Please ensure that you bring all of your own sparring gear, including mouthguard.

Competitors are expected to bring and wear their complete sparring gear, including mouth guard, for each training session. Competitors are also asked to each bring two kicking targets, and a notebook and pen.
